Acquisitions Executive
We are looking for ambitious and skilled negotiators to acquire the best properties at the right price for our company.

In addition to finding, negotiating and acquiring property we also want someone who is passionate about building an industry-defining service in a market, which we believe, is broken.

This is your chance to help build something from the ground up and have your say in how it should be done!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Search, Find, Negotiate AND Manage the acquisition of new properties from the start right through to completion.
• Perform viewings and generate & negotiate deals;
• Chase stakeholders to ensure speedy completion of your requests.

• Have at least two years’ experience as a lettings / sales negotiator in London and you must have received training from a leading London estate agency;
• Be passionate about all things property!
• Want to work in an early stage start-up environment. This requires a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the work done!
